Our Grantmaking



  • Grant funding is ONLY available to nonprofit organizations (501c3), government agencies, school districts and tribes
  • Services covered under the grant must be provided to residents of the 4th Supervisorial District for the County of Riverside. ¬†Organizations based outside of this area are welcome to apply as long as the project/program for which they are applying is based within the District.
  • Services provided must be one of the following categories: Health, Mental/Behavioral Health or Juvenile Intervention


A Letter of Intent is required prior to completing a full grant application.

This process may be used for grants up to $5,000 and may be requested throughout the year.

Please allow up to 60 days for final funding approval or denial

These funds are intended to cover special school programs, such as educational field trips.

These requests are limited to $500 each and are on a first-come, first-served basis until the annual allotment is exhausted. Each school district has its own allotment.

This application is to be used for organizations hosting an event/project in the 4th Supervisorial District for the County of Riverside,and primarily benefiting the residents thereof. Amount requested may not exceed $5,000. You may request more than one sponsorship per year, limited to a total sum of $5,000 per year.

There are currently no open RFP’s.

The entire grants process, letters of intent, applications and reporting is completed online through our Grantee Portal
